| so i calculated my spirit and it comes out to be like 9ish% with motlen armor and glyph, so we actually get like more crit. also frost is getting slight buffed with ice barrier which is pretty sick

| Arcane is essentially the only pve spec viable (in 3.1.0 and ulduar) that does good dps. Unfortunately ive heard from friends on the ptr that mages in general are having massive mana problems and no real time to stand still and evocate with the ulduar content.
So essentially there are no viable pve builds in 3.1.0 that will put you near top or keep you there. As it stands we can do marginally well with frost in pvp and be in the middle of the damage meters in pve but only in arcane build...and spamming wand after mana is gone. | |

| Molten Armor now causes 170 Fire damage when hit for all ranks (Up from 75/130/170) and also increases your critical strike rating by 25% of your spirit. We now all have to go arcane, because fire just got ass raped nerfed, with motlen armor and sorch. Also as arcane were most likely going to have to use mage armor  or stack a fuck load of spirit to get that crit. | |
